Very charming hotel well located at the marina of Palau. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom was well lit and a decent size. Breakfast was good. Plenty of paid parking out front for the hire car.
The decor was dated but cute.

Very nice, clean room and bathroom. Very good location, right at the port, making it easy to access the boat tours to La Maddalena and with many restaurants and bars close by. Very good breakfast. Special mention and a big thank you to Stefania, who was a big help to us during our stay, and a great asset to the hotel.

Beautiful cosy hotel. We were lucky to get a 3rd floor corner room.
Limited breakfast selection, staff couldn't even get pepperoncino olive oil! The pictures on booking.com is a bit misleading - there is no swimming pool, that's a jacuzzi for the suite room only. No gym either, you can rent a portable gym set for a price. No free water, and no beach umbrellas available for borrowing. No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room, not even glasses for water. No special touches provided despite sharing that we are on our honeymoon to reception staff and in our prebooking messages. This is a solid 3 star hotel in terms of amenities. Would've been happy to stay here regardless, but feel their marketing is a bit misleading.

La Vecchia Fonte is well located and some staff of the reception was really nice but with no really good English.
There is no variety of food in the breakfast, as well as it is not possible to collect some food before the breakfast starts if you have an early tour arranged. The lady at the kitchen is super nice and friendly. She can cook some pancakes or boiled egg up to your request ! But the one that is in charge of put the food can have a better attitude with the guests.
