About this house rental
Two storey townhouse, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, located in the beautiful Val-des-Neiges neighborhood 1 minute from Mont Sainte Anne by car and 30 minutes from Quebec City or the Massif de Charlevoix. A park and a private pond (ice rink) for the tenants of the Val des Neiges estate. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV and Wi-Fi. Large locker for your skis or your bikes. Wood fireplace and stunning mountain views in winter.
Our house is located in an enchanting and relaxing setting, ideal for family reunions or groups of friends with children who want to relax over a weekend. Rendez-vous with the outdoors: golf, walking, mountain biking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, skating ... Access to the indoor pool, full gym, SPA and sauna Domaine des Neiges ($$). Comfortable for 8 people due to the size of the dining room table and chairs in the living room, but can sleep up to 12 people. Free shuttle to Mont Saint-Anne in winter. Very close to Quebec City.

My family & I had a wonderful stay minutes from Monte Saint Anne ski resort which was ideal!! The small ice skating rink on the property was a nice treat as well the local restaurants which offered delightful dishes! The unit was kept impeccable & even decorated for Christmas which was a added bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there super clean unit with everything you need to relax & enjoy family time. We also took trip to Montmorency Falls & St. Anne Basilica both exceptional sites to visit Dino was easy to communicate with & very accommodating. We hope to visit again some time

Great hosts and communication. Made everything easy and comfortable. It is a nice, modern, renovated townhouse located near Mount Ste Anne. We enjoyed our stay. Not much going on nearby in the off-season.

A perfect getaway. 3 couples plenty of room. We felt spoiled by the shuttle to the ski lodge.
Easy to get back into Quebec City. Wonderful and excellent communication with the owner. Can't say enough good things.

Great spot, close to both Alpine and Nordic skiing. Neat, walking/fat biking trail all the way to the mountain and connected to snowshoe trails.
Our kids also enjoyed the hockey rink right in front of the property. Additionally, the outdoor fire pit in woodburning fireplace were nice touches after a day of skiing.
Great communication from owner and we would stay again. Thank you.
