In general it was everything good but not excellent, breakfast is acceptable, however the food for my as Mexican is not the good enough, and the service is slower than expected, the cleaning was good but one night I found a cockroach in the bathroom of my room,
It is missing one amenities in the area of the pool during the day as we can find in other places, some important thing which got me very uncomfortable was the ladies of sales, trying to sell to me memberships with extreme insistence I felt harassed

Great (old) hotel with lots of different pools, right next to the (unfortunately now very narrow) beach! Some cute animals live in the hotel (flamingo, peacock, parrot, black swan,..), that was a highlight for the kids!
The room (golf view) had a good size, a small fridge and coffee maker. A/C was a little smelly but kept the room at a good temperature.
Breakfast was very good, we especially enjoyed the omelettes from the egg station! Service was quite attentive most days.
Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were only 2 elevators (on the weekend there was also the service elevator) for looots of guests, so sometimes you had to queue quite some time to make your way to the lobby/room.
In the evenings it was a little loud, as there was music in the lobby, which you can hear in the room (11th floor).

Air conditioner didn’t work properly
For 2 nights there’s a motorcycle festival just out if the hotel and we didn’t get any notice about it. Until late at night there’s loud sound of stupid engines and bi access to the beach
