Rooms are super big

The entrance to the hotel is luxurious and pretty. Once beyond that the garden and grounds have not been as well maintained as they should be for a 5-star hotel. The shower in our room was new and worked well. The bed and the bedding were comfortable and the room was very quiet. The location is very quiet. Under areas for improvement the buildings and carpentry inside the rooms both need updating.
The restaurant seemed under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get our dinner order and we had to ask the waiter to check on it.
