The spread of the buffet, the variety and the taste of the food. Love having a healthy, filling breakfast.
Having to drink water from a plastic bottle. Would prefer to have it in glass bottles or from a filter.

I like that location of the hotel
I'm expecting more responce from reception to guide their guests and share the info about amenities available to guests at least restaurant details.
