Beautiful room with breakfast included

The rooms were so beautiful, we had a lot of fog so didn't get to witness the view. And it came with breakfast.

Super hotel at super location

Beautiful hotel at a gorgeous location. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff are very welcoming! We only stayed one night travelling to/from Italy but this hotel and the town Badenweiler are absolutely worth a longer stay.

Most scenic and beautiful, tranquil hotel I have ever stayed at

the hotel and the setting/view was stunningly beautiful, The owner, Javier, was very friendly and made one feel like very much at home. This hotel is a gem, and we will definetely be back, and next time will stay longer. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the breakfast room were absolutely breathtaking. The surrounding walkways were beautiful and scenic, with a short walk to the Cassiopeia Therma (baths). We were provided with luxurious bath robes in a basket, which we could use for the Cassiopeia Therma baths. The hotel was a beautiful "home away from home".

The Best Hotel of Badenweiler!

The staff is lovely and the view from the backyard while you enjoy your breakfast or coffee is superb! The breakfast is also very good with a lot of variety and good quality food. I receive a visitor card that gives free public transport for the whole state of Baden-wuttemberg and an hour extra per day on Cassiopeia Therms. It was a lovely gift.

The TV in the room was not connected to the WiFi, which is a pity because they are smart TVs.

A relaxing Getaway in a hotel that is a home away from home

We loved how the staff immediately made us feel at home. the room was large, comfortable, and very accommodating. The location of the hotel was so close to town, spa, restaurants, bike rentals, and tourist attractions. Thank you for making our stay amazing. It was a great place to celebrate 23 years of Marriage.

The staff (especially at breakfast) was incredibly kind. There is a small forest behind the hotel that is amazing for morning/afternoon strolls. The hotel location is perfect as it is 5 minutes walking into the town center where you can visit the baths, have a bite to eat at a traditional restaurant, or explore the area.

The unit didn't have an AC, which was a bit difficult as I was there during the heat wave. However, it was equipped with a Dyson fan that helped.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, right next to the Kurfürsten Park with an extraordinary view into the vineyards. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was super rich, including many different savory and sweet options

Many little features missing in the room: tea cooker, ashtray (there is a balcony and yes some people do still smoke), little bag and towels for the spa, guidance about the spa and its location. And after all the terribly ´square` guests. Unfortunately really bad advise about where to go for dinner: We ended up in "Die Blume", better go to Hotel Post, super food and professional service. We enjoyed it a lot.

Die Armatur in der Dusche war extrem schwergängig, die Fugen sollten ebenfalls erneuert bzw. gereinigt werden.

Klein und fein und nah zur Therme. Tolles Personal.

Man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen, sas Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Sonne kommt im Winter durch den Burgberg nicht oder kaum bis zum Haus. Es liegt auf der Schattenseite. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer bzw. ne kleine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, ansonsten kann man es kaum besser machen. Alles super Danke!

Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit so vielen originellen Ideen war ein Erlebnis. Wir durften selbstgemachte Käse-Tannenbäume und Morzarella-Gemüse Schneemänner vertilgen. Der Service ist immer ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer schön die Lage des Hotels exzellent. Wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Herzlichen Dank

Tout était super. Le personnel était vraiment très sympatique. Petit déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité. Jolie chambre et literie confortable. Les deux oreillers différents sont un plus qui permet de choisir celui qu‘on préfère.

Rien, tout était super. Point d’amélioration possible: Une bouilloire avec café et thé à disposition dans la chambre serait idéal.
