Lieu très sympa en surplomb du lac de viverone avec très belle orientation.
Personnel très disponible et serviable
Table excellente!
Il faudrait plus d’équipement chaises, tables de jardin et transats dans le jardin.
Accès à la piscine spa un peu trop restrictif avec nécessité de choisir un créneau horaire d’une heure trente par jour. C’est probablement pour éviter trop de monde en simultané mais ce n’est peut être pas nécessaire d’être si restrictif

Superb location, wonderful lake view, beautiful old castle-like building, beautiful rooms with large balconies, large swimming pool and well equipped Spa. Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

Amazing view! Very polite staff. Room clean and spacious. Wonderful heated pool with lake views.
TV didn’t work at all (I needed cartoon channels for my daughter), bedside reading lamps didn’t work and I had to read using my phone’s flashlight… there was no outlet near coffee machine and tea kettle (we ended up putting them on the floor, since that was the closest available outlet 🤷🏻♀️).
Hotel is very good but for that money I honestly expect things to be organised better.
