Apartment Mareverde Fañabe

The apartment was very nice and super clean! It had a washing machine which was very convenient. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and the shower was big and the water pressure was very good! There is AC which was a BIG plus!

Though the garden was a nice place to relax, it was located by a big traffic street so there was alot of noise pollution both during the day and in the evening. The mattress in the bedroom was very stiff and not at all comfortable in my opinion.

Appartement was modern, well renovated, clean and comfortable. The area with pools and close to see is nice.

Be aware that the apartment is located next to main street that is very noisy. Do not expect any quiet morning or afternoon at the terrace or even with opened door. Also, the walls to neighbors are thin and you can here them talking, thus if you are unlucky as I was then you wake up at the middle of the night hearing their loud talking. The owner was quite strict at the key-delivery proposed times, but I was flexible and managed to handle at the proposed time.

Very clean and functional, every thing we needed was available, beach towels a good touch.

Maybe add some kind of cushioning on the drawers and cupboards, banging on closing annoying.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the apartment of Mr. Gaetano and his wife. We travel a lot and have stayed in many apartments, but here I really want to leave a review and say that we were truly impressed. The apartment had everything — from kitchenware to beach towels. Gaetano’s wife takes incredible care of the place; it was spotlessly clean. The beautiful terrace perfectly complements the atmosphere of Tenerife. I also want to mention that a €200 prepayment may be required. At first, it made me hesitate because it was my first time making an advance payment, but now I’m writing this specifically to say — you can safely book and pay in advance. The people managing the apartment are incredibly kind, genuine, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
