There was a problem with the aircon. But, the hotel were very professional

Great breakfast and lovely staff
The rooms were sooooo warm and there was no way to cool them. The curtains had been left open on our arrival on a very sunny day. We also advised of a feather allergy when booked and the pillows were feather when we arrived and could t be sorted until the next day.

Very comfortable, clean room, with lots of light. Breakfast was good, hearty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet nights, good-sized bathroom.
Not really within walking distance from Cornavin train station when you have bags and was a little farther from town center than I'd have liked.

Location is great for station, groceries, restaurants and the lake. Very clean and nice furnishings etc.
Lacked on facilities like bar/dining other than breakfast. Staff were polite but didn't wow. Felt a lack of rapport both in person and via messages before.
