Great location, quiet, and clean room. Nice linens/towels, comfortable bed, and beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Very clean , comfortable beds and good air condition, 8 minutes walk to lake and 10 minutes to train station. The shop Loop and Lidl 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast was very basic but we got everything what we needed. The staff was great to try to making everything full even before 10 am. very narrow space for making tea/coffee

I loved the hotels decor and small Asian inspired details. It has a cute courtyard in the back offering a great breakfast. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel did offer AC but not to American standards. We travelled during what is now considered a normal heatwave in the summer. I brought with me a portable bedside fan and it helped keep things cooler.

The space in the room was good and to have a sofa to sit on is always enjoyable. We could see the fountain which was nice but otherwise overlooked. The small kitchen was great and to have a decent fridge in the room is always helpful. The complementary water is always welcome when it 30 degrees outside. The mini bar was well stocked should we have required it.

The carpet had a large number of stains on it when mentioned to reception they where well aware but said they just could get them out. I also told them that a red fruit stain was also on the carpet which they weren't aware about. There were two chipped wine glasses in the kitchen one around the rim where my partner nearly cut her lip on! The balcony was a disappointment all of the cushions where drenched so we couldn't sit and enjoy it when we arrived and it was in full sunshine. The balcony was very over looked so no privacy at all. There were also to large planters with completely dead plants in. We couldn't control the air conditioning it was already set. Overall a disappointing room considering the price paid for a Hotel that has no restaurant or bar you can have breakfast but thats about it.
