Good option in Geneva

Very clean and centrally located. Nicely decorated and kept up. Service is very professional and helpful. Easy connection with public transport.

All was good. On the tad side expensive which can put it out of reach sometimes, but that is the norm in Geneva. Other than that a very nice accommodation that I try to return to when the price is in right.

Had been touring Europe and this was by far our favourite stay

We loved everything from the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left. The staff,particularly Tetiana, with whom we had most contact went above and beyond. The room was a really good size even though classed as a standard double. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, hot and food choice was great. Most places within walking distance but tram stop about 1-2mins away and station 8-10minute walk. With the Geneva transport card supplied by the hotel for the whole stay we could use trams, buses,trains, water taxis fee of charge.

+ Rooms were immaculately clean + The staff was helpful and receptive to our needs + Location was perfect + The beds were comfortable, and there was nothing that felt missing + The room was pretty quiet

- The room felt stuffy and too warm (in December). I wish we could control the temperature better - View from the room was meh (but that didn't matter to us)

City Retreat

Location was good and not far from train station. Easy walk to hotel, and accommodated 3 travelers in one room. Newer upgrades

Door handle fell off a couple times and unable to regulate temperature in room ( too hot, opened window but on city street) Staff could have been friendlier when interacting

Nice big room, comfy bed & hotel very clean. Room has fridge, safe & coffee machine which was good. Great location, tram stop nearby. 5-10 minute walk to Lake Geneva.

Wasn’t keen on the bathroom having frosted glass, would have liked more privacy. Shower wasn’t very good. Breakfast although nice was very expensive for what you get. Cleaner kept knocking & coming in to clean room at 0830/0900 in the morning.

Everything was perfect - would definitely chose to stay in this hotel again.

A super hotel situated in a quiet side street just a ten minute walk from the railway station. The reception team were all lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our room faced the garden, it was very quiet, very big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is just a five minute walk from the lake and a five minute walk (in the opposite direction) to plenty of good restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious. A perfect place to stay.

Nice location but AC not turned on

Nice location, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The air conditioning was not turned on. I was told that the hotel has an air conditioning system but the manager refused to turn it on as it was too early in the year and he wanted to save money. We were there in late April early May and the weather was unseasonably hot and humid. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and the room would heat up during the day while we were out and it became unbearable. We were provided a fan which helped, but having AC would have made all the difference... Would have given this hotel a higher rating.

A little gem of a place in Geneva

Located in a quiet Geneva neighborhood, but just a 5 min walk to the lakefront with all its bustling activities and marina. The room had luxury touches throughout and was spotlessly clean. An easy 10 min walk from train station. Surrounded by multicultural eateries - I enjoyed the flavors of Ethiopia in the nearby Awash restaurant. The lady at the reception reminded me that the free public transport pass can also be used for the "yellow boats" or water taxis that take you across the lake for an enjoyable experience.

Would have liked access to "real" coffee (instead of instant).
