A localização é excelente, fica perto de vários pontos turísticos. Tem padaria perto, é boa, mas aconselho comprar no assaí ou palato que eu vi próximo, pois o flat tem tudo para preparar um café da manhã bom. Também tem uma pizzaria ao lado do flat excelente, todo vez que chegava sentia o cheiro da pizza e ficava com vontade de comer. Quanto a anfitriã, a sra. Mara foi fantástica, sempre muito disposta para resolver qualquer problema, respondeu rápido e tornou nossa estadia fantástica. Outro ponto ótimo foi a limpeza do flat e organização, toalhas limpas e em sacos separados.

Absolutamente impecável ! Além da localização excelente e da gentileza da anfitriã , o apartamento é muito bem equipado com ítens de qualidade , principalmente lençóis e toalhas, trazendo conforto durante a estada . Os condicionadores de ar são novos e funcionam perfeitamente. Na cozinha há diversos utensílios disponíveis e tudo é lindamente decorado , trazendo um sentimento de acolhimento .
