Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres in the gorgeous Fredericksburg hill county and only 3 miles to main street. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country life. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms is an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. There is a pull out queen American Leather sofa bed downstairs (feels just like a normal mattress - no annoying bar!) The property is perfect for a couple of nights getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping, and "me time".

So pleased we stayed at the incredible villa! Loved the peacefulness and the surrounding property. We enjoyed watching the adorable animals. ( next time I’ll bring carrots!) Location was perfect for our short trip to Fredericksburg. Along with the home decor, bright windows, and space, this villa couldn’t be better! The bedroom/bath upstairs was perfection! The king mattress was suited for those who prefer extra firm.

This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as relaxing as the first stay. The inside is very well put together and clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch while watching the animals move around. It has a great location making it easy to get to Main Street for shopping as well as the many local wineries along Hwy 290. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.

We visited Fredericksburg for 2 days after attending a wedding in Texas. This property was a wonderful surprise and the highlight of our trip. The home is simply beautiful and the surroundings are spectacular. We were greeted by the adorable donkeys, alpacas, goats and turkeys and enjoyed the relaxing views, including a gorgeous sunrise. We took an Uber into town and it was easy and convenient. We will be visiting again for sure!

We love staying here. Far enough outside of Fredericksburg that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants after a quick 10 minute drive.
