Good location, excellent wifi, excellent value.

This one's a basic hotel and fits a small budget for a night.

Breakfast could have been a little more fun for the price at which they were offering it. The rooms are too dark. Some extra lighting can be installed.

When I arrived, nobody was available, even though I had stated before that I'll be arriving at 2 pm. There was only a check-in machine that however, only accepts credit cards and no cash. Even though I payed upfront, I had still to pay the tourist tax, which was pretty annoying because the machine did not accept my credit card. Luckily, someone by chance passed by, who could help me out. The next surprise was that the owner does not speak a single English word. If you are not able to talk in French, you are completely lost, which actually even amused him. I payed up-front for breakfast (which by the way is pretty bad), however I'm suffering from a gluten and dairy intolerance and when I asked him, if there is/will be anything available without gluten/milk, he was pretty confused that I could even ask something like that. When I then asked if I can at least have my money back because there was nothing I could eat, he was just laughing and telling me (of course all in French) that this is not his problem and I won't get anything back. So, I had a pretty expensive and by the way a terrible tasting coffee from the hotels vending machine as my "breakfast" each morning. The room was ok (it had a/c); however the bathroom was very tiny, one of those you can attach to campers. It smelled very bad in there, which made the complete room smelling a bit rotten. For me, it was fine for 3 nights, but you shouldn't expect a real bathroom. In summary, I was very disappointed by the service. I mean, it's an international hotel on the campus of the university of Grenoble and the owner cannot speak a single English word. More disappointing was his reaction to my request of getting back my money because I couldn't eat anything of the breakfast. Not being able to giving the money back is one thing. But making fun of the person and the person's bad French at this point is absolutely inappropriate.

It’s a motel, by the main road. Easy to find, easy to stay for one. Iggy and go further. Friendly staff at reception, helped to restore keys for my husband who locked them in the room :) I thought I would hear the noise from the traffic but I didn’t.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. Far from everything and it didn't look very safe.

We reserve for three and we had only two towels. The conditioning air don’t reach a comfortable temperature.

Good facilities and room as I used it as a base for visiting Grenoble. Easy access to the tramline B to get into the centre of Grenoble- avoiding taking the car into the centre and dealing with finding a park (only 1euro 70)

Breakfast- would prefer real cups and glasses. The sliced baguettes were not of great quality

stayed in room 078 it had a leaky sink

There was enough space around the bed and for the clothes and suitcases/travelbags. The bathroom fullfilled all the needs for a comfortable astay. We feld safe and comfortable during the night. The bathroom was clean.
