Comfy beds

The sink was in the room where we slept and the toilet and shower were in a very small room like you would expect to find in a caravan. The area was very isolated and scary with young men hanging around the area, check in was difficult as it was late Sunday night getting off the boat. There was no food to eat the following morning for paid breakfast until we complained then the host went into the back room to find something, he said sorry but there was no delivery that morning.

The bed is large and comfortable

The location is not ideal, just beside the highway which is a bit noisy. The room is extremely small, no space for the luggage. It is within an industrial zone and is far from the sightseeing spots.

Good choice for overnight stop before catching early morning ferry. Google maps don't show any food options close by. The car park area is not gated. Basic but comfortable room

Great great basic hotel.

We booked this hotel very last minute after our airbnb cancellation and for 61€ during summer high season, we are super grateful to find this hotel. It's a very basic hotel, you get what you paid for. I think they've went through several renovation recently so it seems well-built and unlike what I read in review, the hotel was actually quite clean. They are dog friendly and parking wasn't an issue here. Furthermore, if you come by car, it's not too far from Caen city, the beach and there are a lot of restaurants just 5mins drive away! Overall happy with this hotel.

Bathroom was quite small & there's only 1 electrical plug in the closet.

A goid choice for a short, overnight stay.

It’s very affordable and conveniently located close to the Caen orbital but not so close to be affected by traffic noise.

The exterior appearance is a little shabby. Some of the fixtures, such as door closers were broken / not working.

Avoid this deeply unpleasant dump.

It was cheap.

An absolute tip of a place. On an industrial estate next to a lorry park with gypsy caravans outside the entrance. Used to house asylum seekers from Eastern Europe who have turned the place into a filthy noisy dump. Rubbish all over the grass and grounds, noise and banging and shouting all night long, filthy room. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fair option for a overnight stay among pricey accommodatin in the region.

The price made me book the hotel. It was only a stopover for 1 night and I didn't want to spend money payng for things we won't use at the hotel. All we needed was a bed, shower, breakfast and parking and I got all for a fair price.

The external appearance could be better.

Trouble-free late check-in, quick access from the highway, fair value for a quick overnight stay; we just needed a bit of rest, so with that sole goal in mind, it was fine

Disgusting and dangerous place. Owner is a con artist. Rooms are nothing like photos.

Nothing. This hotel and the staff are appalling.

Everything. This hotel is disgusting. It is filthy and more like a brothel/prison than a hotel and is dangerous. For example, the smoke alarm was missing in our room and the main door to the rooms didn't have a latch or lock so anyone could easily walk in. There is a small grassy area in front of the hotel and another at the back that are both absolutely covered in dog poo. There is no wifi signal whatsoever despite what it states on the advert. In fact we couldnt even get a mobile signal the signal was that bad. The rooms are tiny and only just fit a bed. There are then two cupboards: one that contains the shower with a toilet inside it bizarrely, the other has a sink in it. There is also a tiny tv with virtually no channels on it. We complained to the owner/receptionist about the condition of our rooms and she spoke perfect English. She refused to do anything about it or refund our payment. We subsequently raised a complaint with Booking.com who called the owner/receptionist and told us that she didnt speak English which was a complete lie. After our complaint a group of men appeared outside our room and a woman with a large dog and a knife in her hand kept walking around out front so we decided it was time to leave as it wasn't safe to stay the night. I gave the keys to the owner/receptionist and questioned her about booking.com telling us she didnt speak English to which she replied with a smirk on her face 'I don't speak English to Booking.com. Goodbye'. She is clearly a con artist. This hotel is disgusting and should not be listed by Booking.com. Unfortunately we were too scared to take many photos, but I have attached as many as I could.

Pleasant

Good sized room with an adequate shower and washing facilities. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Plenty of good towels.

The way to sign in is difficult. The screen asks for your reference number, then doesn't recognise it. What you really need to put in is your surname! Ridiculous. The corner of the room had not been cleaned in a long time.

It was a lovely little pod of our own, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee and a kettle provided. Clean towels and soap dispensers. Reception clean and functional, staff very friendly. Vending machines for snack and drinks. Breakfast available at extra cost if you are there for times it is offered.

The only thing it could do with in room 2 is a new toilet seat as it was worn through and the mdf was showing through making it look grubby. And if I was going to be really picky, a handle of some kind on the inside of the shower rooms sliding door. My husband struggled with the lack of one a bit.
