Only stayed for one night on a lay over from England to Portugal. Lovely hotel and breakfast was lovely.

Location was excellent. Staff was very nice, helpful.
The room was rather small and cramped. There was no place to store our luggage. Cups in the room were paper (ugh). The corridor was dark and gloomy, in fact rather depressing. Upon opening the door, there is a step within 2 feet just inside the door, to enter into the room. We were not warned that it was there and first time in, I went flying, luckily did not break anything. They should warn people as they sign in about that step! Sorry to say, it felt more like a 3 star, definitely not a 4 star hotel.
