About this house rental
The Farmhouse at Spotted Sheep Farms is a Texas chic property and is perfect for a wine country getaway. It boasts an open floorplan with full kitchen, king bed downstairs and two twin beds in the loft, hot tub, satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix, outdoor games, fire pit, and large porch to watch the sunset and farm animals.
The property features a beautifully peaceful yard with fire pit, hot tub, BBQ grill and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The property is located just off Goehman Ln. down a well-kept gravel road and across from another BnB.
When you arrive at The Farmhouse- you can access the property by the automatic gate and the digital lock on the door. You're welcome to enjoy the shared farm grounds and visit the sheep and miniature donkeys. You must stay on your side of the fence and not enter any gates to the animal pastures. Bring carrots or horse treats — they love them! Each home's yard, hot tub, and porch are private to that home — we just ask everyone to be respectful of each other's privacy.

Such a great experience; we didn’t arrive until late but easy to find. Beautiful location and close to all the wineries in Fredericksburg. Loved the deer and farm animals running around!

It was wonderful. We were greeted by cute furry creatures including but not limited to alpacas. The home is cozy, quiet, and houses any amenities we could have hoped for. The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve ever felt but I slept just fine. We enjoyed the rustic vibes complete with plenty of modern day technological comforts. The hot tub was luxurious and the stars were bright.. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
