Good quality option away from the old town

Large comfortable room and bathroom. Quiet location. Friendly helpful staff. Locked bicycle shed. Good buffet breakfast, especially freshly squeezed orange juice, nice bread, fresh fruit.

A bit out from the old walled town (1 kilometre walk each way).

Great location, a 10 minute walk from city walls and old town. Clean and spacious room. Restaurant Les Terrasses next door offers good food/drinks at reasonable prices.

I couldn’t get A/C to work, so spent an uncomfortably hot night. Only paper cups available in room for tea/coffee. Breakfast was a bit steep at €16+.

Lovely hotel that suited us for exploring the area with friendly and helpful staff

Lovely area and so nice to be able to sit outside and have breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Temperatures were high while we were there and it would have been nice if the room had a fridge.

The hotel was conveniently located and adequate for an overnight stay.

This was a typical Best Western hotel. The bathroom was very dark and had a black basin and dark grey walls and floor, which was a little strange. The shower could not be put at a convenient level as it kept sliding down, which was very annoying. The breakfast was very good and with plenty of selection of food. It was an easy walk into the walled city Guerande, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The bathroom facilities could have been better, as described above.

Good location for us and it is only a 15 minute walk into the walled cité

it was modern, clean and close to our wedding venue

Perfect stop before taking the ferry.

This is always a great hotel to stay in before returning to the UK by ferry. Staff are impeccable, nice small swimming pool, safe and secure parking.

The restaurant was closed because it was Sunday. C'est la vie. Wifi kept dropping out

Location sublime. Hotel didn’t spoil it but won’t stay there again.

The swimming pool a good bonus and a reason for choosing hotel. 2nd day locked nd receptionist said she didn’t have key.

Room very tired. Cleaned well. Bed very uncomfortable although pillows good. Breakfast room uncomfortably crowded with no distancing. Staff levels low.

Hotel okay but admin lousy

Bombarded with emails re paying extra to check in before 15.00 = impertinence - ridiculously late check-in! Phoned to book - told not available. Reminder received later same day. Another reminder received following day. Responded saying "Yes I want it. Enough tomfoolery!" Confirmation of acceptance received ["Why was I told not available?"] Another reminder received DURING our stay. YET ANOTHER REMINDER RECEIVED TODAY 3 DAYS AFTER OUR STAY ENDED SLOPPY MANAGEMENT NOT RECOMMENDED

Reasonably nice place to stay with decent rooms and nice beds. Friendly staff. Nice to have a pool.

The staff were friendly and did their best to speak English for me. The rooms are reasonable and beds are comfortable. Walk in shower is nice touch. Nice to be able to open room windows wide open. Not a bad location. Its not in town centre but only a 10-15 minute walk to town.

Rooms should have refrigerators. Prepacked COVID breakfast was pretty poor.

Good accommodation

Freindly staff & good facilities. We didn't have time to try the spa but it looked like it would be very nice. Breakfast was very well organised with a huge amount of choice of food & drink. It was all very fresh and plentiful. Our room was quiet and cosy. The shower room is very large with a drench & hand held sprayers. Plenty of parking on site. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would probably stay again.

Overall very clean, my only grumble would be the inside of the toilet door could door with cleaning.....it's very close to the toilet bowl...I'll say no more!!
