The Reef Retreat Palm Cove

The apartment was recently renovated. It was a great size and so close to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet, treed , sheltered environment. Pool was nice though perhaps could have been cleared of leaves each morning. Great location, tucked off the main street.

The spa step made the bathroom a bit difficult to access and its sliding louvre doors didn't provide quite the desired privacy or sound-proofing.

Really good location and lovely balcony.

Interconnecting door in our room which we weren’t using. Allowed lots of noise from neighbours. Only negative about the stay.

* The location is very pleasant, close to Palm Cove Beach. * The swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice and enjoyable.

* The hotel is somewhat run-down and could benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment. * When we arrived, the floor of our room was very dirty and covered in sand. I noticed it immediately because I like walking around barefoot, and my feet were instantly covered in dirt and sand. * The rooms do not have a proper indoor dining area, which, during winter when it is windy, makes having meals there rather unpleasant. * During our five-night stay, the towels were only replaced once. * The laundry facility is paid and does not provide detergent, so we had to buy a whole packet to use just once.
