Nice hotel

Nice hotel .Good for parking Breakfast not great . Bar was expensive The room was not cleaned when we returned from our day out at 5 pm .Altho the cleaner did arrive but we were relaxing at this point and didn’t want to be disturbed . We were given fresh towels and water . We did have a nice stay the rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable .

The passing of sauce bottles at breakfast and dinner No white bread it's a policy seemingly. Had to pay 1:euro a pack for biscuits that were complimentary when arrived when ran out was asked to pay 1;euro a pack for the children. Only shower over bath in our room our autistic son couldn't get a shower

Literally the worse hotel stay. Extremely dirty,broken,noisy room.Staff ignoring cust

The Receptionist who checked us in was really friendly & professional throughout our stay.Need to give her a pay-raise. Location was a lovely stroll into Galway city. Felt safe having a security guard in the reception,who blended into. He was inconspicuous.

Toilet in room 330 didn't flush,had to use reception toilet.Up & down with the kids.Oisin was lovely & fixed it but broke again.Fridge didn't work. Curtains were so dusty that when I closed them ,my son had his worse asthma attack. Had to leave windows open night.Couldnt sleep because hotels Air Con system was outside our room & never ending traffic into the attached CircleK garage. 3 girls in a full breakfast room was disgraceful.They were really stressed & extremely busy.We were never told about the hot menu. On Saturday evening, waited for 15min to catch uninterested staff we ordered dinner.Women beside me were waiting longer & furious. We were told the kids couldn't have a carvery 1/2 portion.(Kids menu was awful). Ordered full portions for them only to be later told they ran out of food. We left & went into Galway city.

It is a very basic hotel, room was small and there was nothing special about it at all. We paid €385 for 3 people for 1 night inc breakfast and we felt it was very overpriced for what it was.

Comfortable room, clean and well decorated, helpful staff. The fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise

Could do with better fitting shower curtains, it was impossible to secure it so as to avoid getting water on the floor. The almost total lack of overhead lighting was inconvenient. Service in the restaurant was somewhat hit and miss. Some errors on orders, and difficulty in getting the bill once the meal was completed

Good hotel located within walking distance of Galway sights

Location was really good for our purpose. A nice walk (15 minutes) to Galway center. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was good.

If breakfast could have started a little earlier that would be better for business travelers. I would have preferred a little more options in the breakfast buffe. Even though I understand that the possibility to order specific items is good, I would have liked to have a bit larger selection available.

Fab room, training needed.

Room was great

Staff need training. Greeting at reception was indifferent. No eye contact, kept sitting down staring at computer. No welcome. There were several bar staff on and the tables were left cluttered and not wiped down. No one fixed the chairs or cleaned up. Several staff just walked pass the table multiple times. No one opens their eyes to what needs to be done.

Good location and good food in a friendly atmosphere

The stay overall and the location as we had to travel just 10 min on the right side of Galway to get to the company we were visiting.

I personally would prefer a walk in shower. A shower in a bath runs the risk of me breaking some part of my body getting out.

Absolute Joke

There was nothing i liked about this hotel

I had booked the hotel 3 days in advance and had gotten my confirmation email, when I got to the hotel they said they could not find my reservation and I showed them my confirmation and my reference number which they began to check out , while they were doing this I went online to booking.com and saw that they still had available rooms and instead of apologising and giving me an available room they continued to look for my confirmation within the system and then called a manager who persisted in checking my reservation. Very badly handled and not one apology from any of the 3 staff on duty . At which point I told them to stuff their hotel where the sun don't shine and went 2min away to the Nox Hotel which was a far superior hotel at a cheaper room rate and where the staff could not have been more helpful.
