A lovely place to holiday in the mountains with fantastic views - great facilities and friendly staff.

The facilities were lovely. The views were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ski locker was a good size and conveniently located. The car park was great.

We were late arriving due to heavy traffic. The check-in times published are 17:00 to 20:00 but we were unable to speak with anyone when we phoned at 19:00 to say that we were delayed. We arrived at 20:20 and luckily met another resident who was able to access the envelope for our apartment in the secure box. It would have been helpful to have had these instructions prior to arrival. We were lucky that we didn’t have to spend the night in the car. Alternatively the reception staff could have contacted us by phone before leaving for the day with the entry instructions. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. A double sofa bed would have been more comfortable. They were tiny for adults to sleep in. The facilities were lovely but children using the hot tubs, sauna and hamman made it busy. An adult only session for the last hour would be nice. It was a long way to the supermarket so good to have some items available in the reception. These are all really minor niggles as it was a lovely place to stay with helpful staff. Les Houches is a great resort for families.

Traditional looking building- reasonably spacious

Les Houches is a small village and this property is at the extreme of the village . Not particularly clean/ dusty. WiFi was poor in the chalet. Pool was cold. Lobby / communal area was a bit sterile, open fire wasn’t used - seemed to be decoration only

The room is very small, only 4 towels for 7 days, the room is never cleaned, later we realized that the customers clean the room, we had to unpack the linen from the bed, the pillows, take the trash and clean in the room I saw that under the bed it had been unripened/washed for some time. Pool towels are payable, 6 euros/use, we asked for toilet paper because we had one in the room and they told us we had to pay for it. Old furniture, very dirty and cracked walls

Second time stay

We absolutely in love with this property. Location is great. Supper close to bus station and ski lifts. We were using spa facilities every day, pool is great for adults and kids. Supper comfy beds, fantastic kitchen and balcony with a Mont Blank view. Wow. Also they have storage for your skies in the bottom level, so you don’t have to take your wet skies to your room. And I think in the summer you can leave your bikes in there. Supper friendly front desk stuff. We are highly recommending to stay in this place!!!

Heerlijk huisje met fijn zwembad

Prachtige locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Huisje was ook netjes, schoon en met prachtig uitzicht.

Hoofdkussens waren niet comfortabel Helaas waren er erg veel vliegen, wat niets met de hygiëne te maken heeft maar meer met het plattelandskarakter.

Logement avec vue incroyable

L'emplacement était idéal. Vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis le balcon. Plusieurs randos sympas au départ des Houches. Grande proximité avec Chamonix. Appartement très propre avec une cuisine très bien équipée (le four micro ondes fait aussi four). Le personnel était très aimable. Le service de livraison de la boulangerie, au pas de la porte, était vraiment très pratique.

Les oreillers étaient trop durs pour moi mais c'est une préférence personnelle. Tout le reste était parfait
