Ett utmärkt hotell!

Hela hotellet är super vackert med konst dekoration överallt. Ett mycket bra rum. Morgonrock och gummitofflor till bassängen. Inomhuspoolen 27 grader varmt, excellent e super vacker! Check out högst kl 11, men man kan använda poolen t o m kl 13. Excellent omklädningsrum. Mycket trevlig personal. Excellent frukost. Fri parkering.

Det saknade hudlotion. Sängen kunde vara bekvämare.

Fantastisk glaskunst

Morgenmaden i restauranten var meget fin. Værelserne var fine, og det var spændende med al den glaskunst - og dejligt med en fin lille gave. Det var sjovt at gå på gangene og se på alle glaskunstnernes værker. De af os der besøgte poolområdet var imponerede over, hvor flot det var.

Middagen i restauranten var ikke særlig god, kedeligt kød (vi var to der fik vildt og en der fik entrecote) og alt for lidt grønt tilbehør, og vi måtte efterspørge de pommes frites, som var nævnt i menuen, for de var glemt. Vi havde to børn med, som fik Pasta Bolognaise, og den så godt nok kedelig ud, men smagte vist ok. Vi havde ikke bestilt bord om aftenen, men fik at vide, at det nok skulle lade sig gøre, selvom der var fuldt booked. Det viste sig så, at vi var blevet placeret i konferencelokalet - uden andre gæster - lidt kedeligt. Det ville vi gerne have haft at vide på forhånd. Det lykkedes imidlertid ved at rykke vores tidspunkt til kl. 20.00, alligevel at få plads i selve restauranten, og det var jo fint nok.

I felt like home

Just some short info: - Staff - exceptional - Breakfast - exceptional - Lunch - not applicable, simply for the fact that I didn't lunch at the hotel, but if the experience I had was like "Dinner" value yourself the answer. - Dinner - exceptional - Services (simply for the fact that unfortunately I haven't used them, but I've seen what's behind, and in my opinion it's an "exceptional" score) - Place - far from chaos (for me exceptional) - General evaluation - it's worth it (so exceptional)

Expensive and not wel maintained

A lot of art from Kosta Boda everywhere. Great discounts in the shops.

Very expensive room for what you get, you can get an excellent room in an amazing hotel in a big city center for less. This was cramped, old, black spots between the tiles in the shower, ripped curtain, bedsheets with those grabbing holes on top (I find that disgusting, especially in a hotel). The lights were wonky, the light in the room only went on after toggling a few switches in a certain order which we didn't really found out how. Breakfast was old, even the little cut tomatoes and oranges between the meats and cheeses were dried out from air exposure. Let alone the cheeses and meats.

The glass art, the bar, the food was excellent, the pool area and saunas were great, spa was amazing and the woman who provided service was excellent. Bartender was great.
