Kronplatz-Resort Berghotel Zirm

The studio room was perfect and kitchenette has everything you need. Room was spacious and had enough place to put baby crib (which was definentaly like a normal bed for a baby and we were gifted their mouse toy by Zirm, very cute!) Amenities were incredible, also, during the stat you can use different towels, slippers for spa, robes and other goodies like a hiking backpack if you need one. Breakfast was amazing too, food was delicious and fruits felt like someoene especially made sure they were picked the best. If you get a chance get dinner here, absolutely delicious, all goes to the chef and of course staff! Spa is very relaxing, we just loved the outdoor heated pool. Our baby loved it too!

Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich. Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lies keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Frühstücksterrasse ist sehr nennenswert, da man sein Frühstück mit Blick auf die Berge und Kühe genießen konnte.

Views and sauna, although the sauna did not go higher than 75° while it said on the door it would be between 80°-90°. The room was nice.

At checking on monday in we were asked if we would join the "safe the planet" campagne, this means 1 day of not cleaning of the room. Of course we were fine with this and we said that 2 days of not cleaning would be ok, so the next cleaning day would be Thursday. We did ask to check the towels on every day. In the end our studio/room was not cleaned for all 5 days, which was really a bit much. Towels were changed every day but that was it. No clean bedlinnen on 5 days. The beds have not been made the whole week. We were a bit surprised on Thursday. On Friday we were annoyed and asked why our accommodation was not cleaned at all the whole week. They offered to clean the room at 21.00 hrs on Friday evening, but for us that was kind of bad planning, we were going to bed early that evening since we were checking out on Saturday morning 06.30 uur. It was very disappointing experience. No compensation was offered. The duvets and pillows were very soft and kind of worn out. The duvets had lumps and have probably been washed wrongly.
