Avrei investito su una spa più grande (solo due saune e un bagno turco). In camera avrei voluto dei prodotti di skin care.

Views and sauna, although the sauna did not go higher than 75° while it said on the door it would be between 80°-90°. The room was nice.

At checking on monday in we were asked if we would join the "safe the planet" campagne, this means 1 day of not cleaning of the room. Of course we were fine with this and we said that 2 days of not cleaning would be ok, so the next cleaning day would be Thursday. We did ask to check the towels on every day. In the end our studio/room was not cleaned for all 5 days, which was really a bit much. Towels were changed every day but that was it. No clean bedlinnen on 5 days. The beds have not been made the whole week. We were a bit surprised on Thursday. On Friday we were annoyed and asked why our accommodation was not cleaned at all the whole week. They offered to clean the room at 21.00 hrs on Friday evening, but for us that was kind of bad planning, we were going to bed early that evening since we were checking out on Saturday morning 06.30 uur. It was very disappointing experience. No compensation was offered. The duvets and pillows were very soft and kind of worn out. The duvets had lumps and have probably been washed wrongly.
