Kronplatz-Resort Berghotel Zirm

Everything was perfect from start to finish. ​Our room on the upper floor was incredibly spacious, featuring high-quality wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. The highlight was the massive bay window offering an exceptional, breathtaking view of the mountains. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower, and the kitchenette was well-equipped enough to cook if needed. Outside, we enjoyed a huge balcony complete with a porch swing, a table, and outdoor lounge furniture. They even lend you a backpack for your hikes if you forget yours! ​The wellness area is pure perfection. Inside, there is a quiet, deeply relaxing indoor pool with spacious lounge mattresses and swings. Outside, the second pool offers stunning mountain views and plenty of sun loungers. The spa area itself is top-notch, featuring two saunas (one with a mountain view!) and a steam room. They provide hot and cold drinks to keep you hydrated, and the silent relaxation room is perfect for unwinding. We also got to try the new gym; it’s not huge, but it's fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Very convenient and much appreciated. ​Breakfast was delicious and always well-stocked, offering a wide variety of breads, savory options, and sweets. You can get fresh eggs (fried, scrambled, or omelets) and crepes made-to-order, as well as barista-quality coffee and cappuccinos prepared on demand at the bar. There is also a beautiful panoramic restaurant on-site, though we didn't dine there so we can't judge. ​There is an on-site parking lot with plenty of spaces, so we never had an issue finding a spot. Finally, congratulations to the staff (both at reception and breakfast), who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had an excellent stay at Hotel Zirm and highly recommend it.

Snídaně nedostatečná , chyběl chleba , nebyly saláty ani vajíčka nebo palačinky. Nebyl ani automat na kávu . Vše se muselo doobjednat a zaplatit. Ceny za jídlo strašně vysoké a mini množství. Měli jsme hlad, museli jsme jezdit na jídlo jinam.
