The beds were good and comfortable, a bit on the small side though for taller guests.
1) No response at all from the hotel upon specific dietary questions asked 2 days before our stay through the booking messaging system...2) no options present for people with dietary needs at breakfast...staff was ordered by management via phone contact, to make the extra effort and shop at the supermarket nearby...which I declined, cuz the room was full with guests and only 2 staff members were present...3) dirt behind the lavatory in the bathroom and no shower door of some sort, so the entire floor gets wet when you stand in the bathtub to take a shower, pretty risky for elderly people...
