Great house. Very well equipped. Spacious bedrooms and communal places. Only downside was we didn’t know the swimming pool was shut until after we booked and this should be stated in the info. Patricia the host was lovely and even baked us a cake.

This was a great choice for our two-family holiday. Slightly out of the way so we could go cycling with the children, yet still close enough to Auray which is lovely. And close to the coast and other destinations. Really nice place to stay; we really felt at home and enjoyed the facilities. Thanks!

Beautiful property

The photo's of this house do not do it justice. It is simply beautiful. Well set out with lovely decor and very comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, a real home from home. Having the hot tub was a real bonus and the swimming pool was a great asset which everyone enjoyed. The location is great. Close to Auray but very peaceful, only the odd chicken and sheep with a handful of other houses. It is down a small lane which is easy to find with satnav. The house gives you excellent access to places like, Carnac, St Pillibert , La Trinite and Auray, with easy access to great beaches to. The owner is very helpful showed us round the house, explaining how things work and where everything was. Beautiful setting and a really great house with lovely gardens to sit an enjoy eating your evening meal. I would highly recommend this house and the two other properties on the same site.

Everything you need for a great holiday

The house has been restored to a superb standard and is very comfortable. If anything, first impressions are even higher than those created by the listing. The jacuzzi was a novelty for us, but really proved it's worth at easing away all the pre-holiday tensions and pains. The house is well-equiped and all the rooms were of a high standard, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Patricia was very welcoming and on hand if any help is required. If we were to be very picky, there were one or two surprises - the SE-facing garden is the only outdoor area to which we had access, meaning the outdoor seating area is always shaded in the evenings. The pool is in the area of garden set-aside for use of the attached other gite, so it's necessary to cross their private space to get to it. However, the pool installation is superb and the pool a delight to use. However, we loved the region and were very comfortable staying in the gite, so have no reservations in recommending it to others.

The photos and description don't do this place justice. It's much larger than the photos suggest and also more modern. It's a lovely quiet area but so close to the beaches and Auray. We'll be going back for sure.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Grand espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée,4 belles chambres à l’étage ! Le jacuzzi et la piscine viennent s’ajouter à ce séjour parfait. Maison propre, moderne, avec tout le confort Propriétaires sympathiques et discret, et qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir avec un flan maison, très apprécié ! Le gîte est très bien situé pour les sorties : mehnir de Carnac, plage, port d’Auvray, vannes, quiberon, etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située au calme à la campagne mais proche d'Auray et de la 4 voies pour se promener. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité, la piscine et le jacuzzi parfaits. Les chambres et la maison sont décorées avec goût. Un grand merci à Mme Le Torc'h pour cette magnifique semaine de vacances au soleil

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans ce logement, avec 2 enfants de 10 et 11 ans. Une belle piscine couverte et chauffée et nettoyée. Un jacuzzi à côté du salon avec une douche qui évite d’aller à l’étage. Une cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut. A l’étage chacun sa chambre avec la salle de bain individuel. 3 WC en tout, ce qui est pratique à 8. Le tout est agréablement bien décoré, avec un beau jardin fleuri, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir manger dehors en avril. La propriétaire est très gentille, nous avons eu un bel accueil, avec des conseils pour la visite des alentours. Nous conseillons ce logement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Une location conforme à la descriptionet aux photos, une longere parfaitement aménagée très cosy on se sent chez soi. Spa très grand, piscine intérieure propre et comme l'autre gîte n était pas occupé pour nous seuls. Très calme voiture obligatoire. Les propriétaires sont à côté si besoin mais nous ne les avons pas vus... Tranquillité et bien sûr une région magnifique

Nous avons bénéfice d’une communication Avant le départ et d’un accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, qui nous a fait découvrir cette magnifique longère du MORBIHAN. La description et photos du bien sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements ménagers, ainsi que de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Il était très appréciable de profiter par tout temps de la piscine chauffée et couverte. La situation du logement légèrement dans les terres est idéale pour découvrir cette belle région. Nous remercions nos hôtes de proposer leur bien à la location. (Il faudra juste prévoir d’apporter un sèche cheveux qui n’est pas prévu). Nous recommandons ce bien sans réserve à tout public (hors personne en fauteuil, chambre à l’étage).

We had a very enjoyable time at the beautiful house in Brech. The kitchen was very well equipped and all rooms are beautifully decorated. Our kids loved both the pool and the jacuzzi. The landlady and landlord were very friendly and the whole booking/check-in and check-out process straight-forward.
