Comfortable but needs some updates to some.rooms

Nice location, comfortable.and clean hotel with a decent bar and breakfast.

No plugs to charge phones in my room and all the plugs in the room went off when you turned the lights off at night, so flat phone in the morning.

Bedside outlets not working. We used other outlets to charge our phones. TV not positioned nicely for viewing from the bed.

I really like this hotel even though not everything was perfect on this occasion

Some staff were excellent, quickly moved me to a better room when my heating wasn’t working

Not all staff were friendly or attentive. Had to wait a long time to be greeted at the restaurant/bar. Could hear my neighbours loudly from my room.

The wellness area

Steam room couldn't be turned on. Coffee machine in the room didn't work. Screaming kids in the small pool in the wellness area late at night (despite rules). No soy yoghurt at breakfast. There's a sign that says "ask for soy yoghurt" - and when you ask they tell you they don't have it. It's 2025, vegans and lactose intolerant people exist, and it's not expensive people, just put it next to all the other yoghurts!

Amazing Stay.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view over the town and option to not have your room cleaned daily with a voucher as a reward. Really enjoyed the sushi in Mr. Sato x Vloed Loungebar. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice.

Other than the price of the stay being too expensive. the only issue was that due to the shape of the tap in the bathroom, it took a very long time to fill the bath. The food is the restaurant wasn't very good (very dry and not much vegetables)

Good dog friendly hotel 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to the special dog beach.

Nice hotel, spacious room and bed, overall good atmosphere. We would return.

Good for family trips

The Hotel is located pretty good. The hotel staff was very kind. The breakfast was good and even with special dietary needs I was able to have a decent breakfast. My sister and I had this trip booked a few months ago and the hotel met our expectations.

Clean hotel in good location. Nice big room and bathroom never had a separate WC before but could see benefit of this.

A couple staff did not seem very friendly. On 3rd day we sat at same table for breakfast and we were just enjoying when one of the staff wanted us to move to a table for 2 I could understand this if busy but it was early and hardly anyone was in. It was her manner which upset my wife and spoilt the relaxing breakfast as we had been told we could sit anywhere.

the bed was too soft or too old. the sofa bed my son slept on was more comfortable than the mattress on my side of the bed. my wife’s side of the bed appeared slightly firmer

Parking was convenient, the restaurant and buffet breakfast was worth it and the premium room was great size our family of 3.

the rooms could be updated a bit, one of the sinks were clogged and the shower leaked water all over the floor. The carpets also felt rough and dirty.
