Nameliai švarūs, ne seni, patalynė švari, higienos klausimais viskas gerai.
Manau skelbime nurodytą kvadratūrą ir reali skiriasi, nevaikščiojau ir nematavau, bet buvo ankšta. Buvom lietingu metu, nėra jokių šildymo prietaisų nei rūbus išdžiovinti, o ir pats namelis drėgnas. Dėl to kad terasoje gulėjo šuo reikia mokėti papildomai, kokia šio mokesčio logika neaišku.
