Het apartement was erg ruim en schoon. Ook was het bed en de bank comfortabel.

Het buitenhek ging wat lastig open, maar met een tip van een bewoner/eigenaar ging het wel goed. Het zou misschien fijn zijn om dat van tevoren aan bezoekers te laten weten.

Really good location on a quiet soi. Spacious accommodation. Has a microwave and an induction stove if you have time to cook as.well as full size fridge and good amount of dishes and cookware. A/C works well and is powerful. Stable shower temperature. Double bathroom sinks. Smooth secure access. Easy quick access from Saint Louis bts station and many good restaurants and services in the immediate area.

I had to plug the drains in the apartment for most of my stay due to the excessive sewer gas entering the apartment, it was bad enough to make me physically ill and had to open the window. This made using the bathroom exhaust fan impossible as it would pull sewer gas into the unit. I should have booked the top floor studio because you can hear literally every footfall of the people above you, it woke us every day several times. No cleaning is provided and the garbage overfills quickly. The soi to the property is extremely narrow and several grab drivers refuse to come down the alley to pick you up, also the area is completely congested during rush hours and took an extremely long time to get rides to and from during these times. The kitchen faucet is loose and feels like it'll come off as well as the mounting for the shower and shower wand.ain bed is creaky and saggy. The towels reek of mildew and smell like they've sat in a musty washing machine for days. The washing machines stink and need to be sanitized.
