Need more light in the bathroom, also need a purified in the rooms

A quiet oasis in the middle of Getsemani. Our ground-floor room was large and surprisingly very quiet, given the central location. Beds were comfy, with high,-quality sheets. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

The shower was only luke warm. Staff needs to do a better job of keeping the walls of the upper-deck jacuzzi clean - there were many bird droppings throughout our 4-day stay.

Wonderful location in Getsemani, in the midst of all the action but didn't feel that way once inside the door of the hotel. Staff that go the extra mile to ensure the stay os enjoyable. Pleasant rooftop amenities with views in all directions.

Not a thing.

The location is one of the best features of the hotel. It is the middle of one of the busiest areas of the city and it is near to the old city

The cleaning of the bathroom was regular. The towels had make up stains. Further, the walls in the shower are not properly scrubbed (you can see the marks). It seems that the portions for breakfast are just enough. We arrived around the end of the time of breakfast. Our plate of fruit had like five pieces of fruit (being Colombia a country rich in fruits is really odd that fruits were so limited for breakfast), we asked for extra bread and there were just two pieces left.
