Clean apartment in a good location, beds are fine, bathrooms are clean, and kitchen utensils are good!
Well located, easy access to the beach
Very easy communication, I requested sheets and was attended to very quickly
The sofa bed is a little dirty and needs to be replaced. The building's elevators are insufficient during peak hours. We waited more than 10 minutes and decided to take the stairs from the 17th floor. This issue needs to be resolved urgently.

I liked the stating, view, pool and the spacious unit.
The unit needed more lighting, some of the things were broken and the furniture was dirty and not comfy.

location
condition of the property was poor. safe wasn’t working, living room sliding door would not lock, kitchen sink was leaking, guest bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. it took management company 5 days to send a maintenance guy over.
