Disappointing
The location is fantastic, you can see the mountains from the windows. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
The price at Booking.com isn’t the full cost. We were charged additional 30€ for the two beds we used because there’s an extra covid charge here. The worst thing is that the extra charge was communicated to us by the host through Booking.com messages AFTER the property was fully booked, which required full payment. So it’s either lose your money, or pay the extra fee.

Very kind hosts, appartement is placed in a historical small city near Bormio. All rooms were clean. We had nice time there.

Non saprei da dove iniziare. Servizi dichiarati inclusi nella descrizione (biancheria, tv, Wi-Fi). Dopo la prenotazione (e relativo pagamento anticipato) arriva messaggio dell’Host con tariffario, dove scopriamo che la biancheria è disponibile a pagamento (così come molte altre cose fino addirittura alle tovagliette americane per la colazione). Portiamo quindi la biancheria da casa. La tv presente in casa è senza cavo dell’antenna. La rete Wi-Fi dichiarata nel foglio di istruzioni della casa non esiste. L’appartamento è sicuramente grande e di nuova costruzione, ma non pulito accuratamente (mascherine usate nell’armadio, frigorifero spento che emanava odore di chiuso, materasso con macchie, porta del bagno non chiudibile a chiave). Aggiungo mio errore nella prenotazione effettuata per 2 persone invece che per 4. Mi vengono chiesti 60€ in più (quando scopro che la prenotazione fatta su Booking per 4 persone ha un costo di 36€ aggiuntivi). Lascio quindi 40€ in contati alla nostra partenza. L’appartamento è disseminato di cartelli di DIVIETO di ogni sorta. Comprendo che si tenga al proprio immobile e si voglia evitare che gente maleducata possa nuocere al suo stato, ma questo modo di gestire gli ospiti, crea inevitabilmente disagio e poco desiderio di tornare.

Disponibilità dell'host e facilità di check in /check out. Spazi nella casa.
Pulizia migliorabile sopratutto nel bagno. Erano rimasti accappatoi di ospiti precedenti. C'erano solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica entrambi a metà per 8 persone.
