This place is simply just perfect. Yes it is a bit outside of the center of Batsi, but I didn't care, in fact, I loved it. You get to walk everyday to Batsi, enjoy nice views, along the way. Having a morning coffee or evening wine on this terrace is just perfect.There is a big parking spot inside the complex which is perfect if you are renting or coming with a car. And Xristos was more than a welcoming host. He provided help and info for anything I needed. If I decide to come back to Andros I am definitely staying here again.

I really missed having a kitchen towel for cleaning after washing dishes. Me, and all the tourists that come by plane to Greece expect to have all the necessities in the apartment. Also, the shower curtain was a bit short so all the water while showering doesn't go in shower cabin but it gets outside and makes the bathroom floor messy snd wet. I didn't mind the bugs and wildlife has to offer, but when the centipede managed to get inside through a gap in terrace doors I had some trouble sleeping after that.

De douche en wasgelegenheid was te klein en kwalitatief niet 100 %.

Avoid the app 12. It is in fact basement apartment. One bedroom is conected to the living room and has no doors and no windows. There is entrance door in that room but the moment we opened it a cockroach came in, as the drain is right im front. The other bedroom has a windom facing the wall, about 50 cm away. In the bathroom, when having a shower, the option is to keep the soap in your mouth, as there are no shelves, hangers or similar. Few euros investment would make large upgrade in confort. Also, you couldnt use the bathroom without making a flood, as the shower courtain is too short.
