It boasts a private jetty and boat mooring, making it a perfect haven for those who love life on the water. This modern home is beautifully furnished, offering stunning 180-degree water views. (Jetty is shared with Little River Tiny Home guests)
Conveniently, a flat walkway/bicycle pathway is right at your doorstep, inviting you for leisurely strolls or bike rides along the river's edge. The town is a mere few hundred meters away, easily accessible by foot or bike. Here, you'll find an array of dining options, Swordfish Brewery, cafes, the RSL club, a local cinema, shops, and an IGA grocery store. It's truly one of the finest waterfront locations in Sussex Inlet.
The possibilities for outdoor activities are boundless. You can enjoy fishing right from your private jetty, set out for boating adventures from your own backyard, explore the nearby parkland, go kayaking, swimming, or embark on scenic bike rides. Boating to the Haven is a heavenly experience with its clear blue waters and sandy bottoms, offering some of the most picturesque swimming spots. The spacious lounge room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, providing excellent water views, comfortable lounges, a large television, DVD player, and a selection of movies and board games for your entertainment.
The main bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV/DVD, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, along with a TV/DVD. The fully fenced yard is level and grassy, making it ideal for children to play safely. The house is equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort.
A boat ramp is conveniently located just 100 meters away, allowing you to leave your boat in the water while enjoying your holiday at our jetty.

property overall fantastic , the rain made a puddle at the front gate which was a bit muddy , owners may want to look into fixing the drainage there otherwise all good

Very impressed on how clean it was, with lots of extras like washing up detergent, salt and pepper etc, terrific location, close to town and being right on the water was great, the linen on the beds was first class, will be back thankyou Dasha for your help, leading up to our lovel break

House could have been a bit cleaner, cob webs on windows inside and outside, good location with a nice view from the dinning room.
