I was surprised about the WiFi they offered. To get it at no cost, you filled out a lot of personal information. If you choose not to fill out the form and still want WiFi, you are charged $4.99.

Room wasn’t very clean. Blood on the comforter, long black hair on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty.

Miserable!

Toilet plugged up and they didn't have anyone to fix it or even a plunger in the hotel! What hotel doesn't even own a plunger?!!! Was told we could use the dirty bathroom next door some people just checked out of and hadn't been cleaned!!! I said no, then was told could use toilet in a new room and was given keys to it that didn't work! Wound up using public restroom on main floor! Now I see two $25 charges on my CC from them which make no sense. Breakfast was crummy too!

My visit back to my home state was made horrible due to the hotel I stayed in.

The location and the staff.

Everything else. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a hotel stay. None absolutely none of the furniture was comfortable and the bed was hard as a rock. The pillows on the bed didn’t support my head one bit. This is just a a glammed up cheap hotel. Shame on you Hilton.

The beds were awful. They very hard. We stayed at a Tru in Knoxville and had a wonderful experience and the beds were very comfortable however the tru in Little Rock had very uncomfortable beds

Was happy with the stay, just could of been better

Location was good, room smelled like new. Room was clean, bed was good.

Breakfast was only so so. Shower leaked all over the floor. Hotel didn’t have the standards that we had at the Tru Hotel as the one we stayed in Asheville Va.

I loved how sweet the receptionist was as we arrived and the hotel was so clean. Coffee and breakfast was amazing. I've marked this as a favorite in my places to stay.

Lobby was great for hanging out with the group. Also for dining. Used the fitness center 3 times. Breakfast was good. The omelets were a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and fresh. TV was huge! Location was perfect!

Overbooked- what???

Even though I requested a late (10:00pm) check-in, and booked for 4 people, they overbooked the hotel and only had rooms with a single King-sized bed. How were we supposed to sleep 4 people in one bed? It was also frustrating that the receptionist ran my credit card before telling me this. When I asked if they were able to help me find another hotel that could accommodate 4 people, I was met with a blank stare. Very badly done!

We spent one night here and at the end of our trip, it capped off out trip.

It had excellent staff, courteous and upbeat. The breakfast was excellent, had a lot of choices, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious for our group. They had a lot of snack options for purchase and 2 microwaves incorporated into the front desk. It had plenty of seating as well.

There was not really anything I did not like about this property and staff.

The hotel had nice decor and clean.

The room was small not much storage space for my bags and there are no microwaves in the room, i was on the 4th floor and had to go down to the lobby to use the one microwave .

I love TRU and will attempt to seek them out whene er I travel.

I love the TRU hotels because they are clean, contemporary and simplistic yet totally satisfying. There is no carpet on the floor which I love. This means no weird smells, and no cooties buried within. Breakfast is everything you need, and the whole vibe is that of community.

one thing that concerns me about this particular property is the shower and the potential for mold. Another is the high pitch constant ring the refrigerator was giving. I ended up unplugging it. had I brought my dog, he would not have liked it.

Not what we expected. Disappointed.

Convenient

Our ironing board was broken and we asked for a replacement on Thursday evening and at the time of our departure on Saturday we still hadn’t received the replacement. The person at the desk on Thursday clearly did not want to find one so he said he would leave it for the night shift guy. Also had to get clean towels at the desk because there is no housekeeping service but every 4th day. Not sure we would stay here again or recommend to friends and family.
