Good location. Nice breakfast options. Clean room with all the essentials: lots of storage for clothes, extra pillows, blanket, iron. Ready to use kitchenette (full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, mini electric stovetop, toaster, dishes, one trash bag, etc). Nice pool for family to enjoy.
Lots of hallways that may lead to confusion to get to your room, laundry room or gym. The laundry room was very tiny and gets crowded when busy. Max people in there should be around 2-3 people at one time. The washer and dryers should be better labeled since they look too similar and are mixed among each other. These things are not deal breakers and we enjoyed our stay!

Room/beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast is as any free breakfast in the hotels, but we were able to have hot milk and make caffè lattes, so this was a plus. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and always refilling the food and drinks.

It was clean and quiet! The staff was super friendly! The location was pretty perfect for our plans as well. It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do.
No complaints really! The TV was a little worn out so the lighting was super bright with no way to change it, but we didn’t really watch TV.

Ms. Kia and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere
Both time I request for the room to be clean it was not. I could have did what was done. And the most disappointing part was that I wasted a drink in the bed and asked for have the sheet change and all they did was make up the bed.
