The views were out of this world Beautiful location clever use of old out buildings Loved the on site honesty shop extremely well stocked and reasonably priced . Room was spacious and easily sleeps 4 adults more if you have young family . Absolutely loved it ♥️wish we had stayed longer but we will be back in the winter to experience the beautiful log burner 😊
If I was to be critical bed was a little rickety And needs a little more kitchen work surface .

Fantastic location for walking the Cleveland Way. The Honesty shop was very useful. The bedding was fresh and clean.
The level of housekeeping was very poor. There was mildew in the shower. The kitchen utensils hanging on the wall felt greasy and sticky.
