Stunning, rural location. Room was cozy and overall ambiance of the farm was lovely. The shop on site has everything you need if you’ve forgotten anything or want to self cater.
Lots of spiders in the corner of the rooms. They didn’t bother us, but they might bother some!

A really beautiful and magical place to stay whilst walking the Cleveland Way, run by really friendly folk. The room itself was cosy, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. The little shop was very handy and I could even pick up Compeed plasters for emerging blisters! For us the icing on the cake were the resident dogs. I was missing my own back home and they are so adorable. A game of cornhole and boules was also fun before we continued on our hike.
I only have a basic microwave at home and have never used an air fryer before so instructions on those might be helpful to guests who don't do a lot of cooking like me (I may have missed them). It wasn't a problem though as they're on the Internet and there was great WiFi!

Fantastic location for walking the Cleveland Way. The Honesty shop was very useful. The bedding was fresh and clean.
The level of housekeeping was very poor. There was mildew in the shower. The kitchen utensils hanging on the wall felt greasy and sticky.
