Petersdorf 2 - Modern 2BR Townhouse l WiFi l Mountain Views

Beds are super comfy

We had a family ski weekend at Petersdorf 2. The unit was better than expected. Located in a quiet street, but easy access to Jindabyne town centre and walking distance to the brewery. It was modern and very clean with views of the lake. The kitchen had ample cooking utensils etc. There was a washing machine and drier in a separate laundry. It was very warm with an air-conditioner in the living area and separate heaters in both bed rooms. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 off-street car spots as well as ample on-street parking.

The hot water system ran out after 3 showers (the unit has sleeping for 6-7) so a bit frustrating. With high demand, all accommodation in Jindabyne is very expensive this year; this place was no exception.

clean and cosy. It has aircon downstairs and heaters upstairs, and fully equipped kitchen. And it has DVDs and games prepared.

We didn’t know the hot water was limited. We turned the dish washer on after dinner and that made us run out of hot bath water for several people. One had to run out in the middle of the shower. The advice we got was to have quick showers.

As a regular user of short stay holiday apartments, I can say that more often than not accommodation advertised as having a full kitchen is generally lacking in basic utensils and kitchenware. For example, usually you are lucky to get one or maybe two saucepans. That's why it was refreshing to find this townhouse had absolutely everything you need in terms of kitchenware. It really made it easy for us to prepare meals just like we were at home. It was really worth spending a bit extra for a higher quality rental.

Need to cut the overgrowth vegetation near the driveway - as was concerned about scratching the side of my new car. Some instructions on how to operate the television, dvd player and pay tv would have been helpful.
