Helpful staff , beautiful hotel including fantastic air conditioning for a hot summer visit . fantastic location for a stay in Jindrichuv Hradec.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, it was just a little more difficult to transport in and out of than other towns visited in Czechia.

We really liked our room (#310, the large one) and slept very well during the night. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff is trying hard to make it a pleasant place to stay at.

We stayed a few days in this hotel. It was very enjoyable. We would like to say thanks to the lady receptionist and all staff working there for their warm and professional attitude. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful , resetting the coffee machine immediately upon request. There was ample variety of food which was of excellent quality. The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and well positioned. We will go back in the future.

Our room was gorgeous and ornate.
No restaurant, public parking, no gardens.
