Pretty descent small appartment for a short stay

It was near the center (10m walk), clean, pretty confy bed, sunny, easily air-conditioned. Host informed us with a detailed guide about the place and responded instantly to our messages. Also warned us that there was no room for extra bed as soon as they saw the reservation (we were 2 adults and a small kid). Still was a pretty descent small apartment (that out kid really liked) especially for a short stay in the town.

We were 3 persons and had only two sets of towels, there was no bath mat, the shower was pretty small and was leaking water (they plan to do a full renovation there), there was a lack of power sockets (fixable with a couple of extra power strips).

The shower is a little bit on the small size. The stairs in front of the main building are small and if you are moving luggage you have better be 2 people, one to hold the door.

Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again shall we happen to pass by Komotini

As soon as you enter the studio you feel like you went back home - it is tiny space but it has everything to make you feel comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions in a quick manner. Great bonus - there was a parking spot available right at the building so it was great extra as we were traveling by car and arrived late.

It is not really a problem with the property but rather the area outside - there were some stray dogs(I believe it was street stray dogs not pet dogs of some neighbors) that barked during the night and as we prefer to sleep with open windows - it was a bit noisy. But as I mentioned it is not really a property issue but the municipality one…Also, great bonus is that the home was not looking at a busy street, as happened few times during our previous stays in Komotini, but to a back yard - so stray dogs is nothing compared to motorcycles during the night, believe me :))) It is very quiet overall but if you a very light sleeper you might need to close the windows or have your ear plugs ready.

Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν άριστη, τα κλειδιά τοποθετήθηκαν σε key box πράγμα που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό καθώς η πτήση μας έφτανε αργά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό. Οι οικοδεσπότες είχαν φροντίσει να ανοίξουν το κλιματιστικό για να ζεσταθεί ο χώρος πριν την άφιξή μας. Γενικώς για την τιμή του ήταν πολύ τίμιο.

Το δωμάτιο ζεσταινόταν με ένα κλιματιστικό που δυστυχώς για τις μέρες που ήμασταν εκεί δεν επαρκούσε να ζεστάνει τον χώρο παρότι ήταν συνεχώς σε χρήση. (το μπάνιο ήταν κρύο). Επίσης το μπάνιο ενώ ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, διέθετε πολύ μικρό νιπτήρα με αποτέλεσμα στην παραμικρή χρήση (πλύσιμο χεριών, προσώπου κλπ) τα νερά να πέφτουν απ'εξω. Δεν υπήρχε κάποιο πατάκι οπότε το μπάνιο ήταν με νερά στο πάτωμα μονίμως.
