Mieszkanie jest schludne i czyste. Na plus jest łatwość dostania się do budynku i lokalu. Na duży plus oceniam dość dobre wyposażenie w takie detale, jak ekspres i pralka.
Niestety okna wychodzą tylko na jedną stronę budynku. Przez to nie można było wywietrzyć mieszkania i ewidentnie jest problem z wentylacją powietrza. Mimo, że jest klimatyzacja obieg powietrza był słaby. Nie schyl ręcznik, co raczej wpływało na niezbyt komfortowy ich zapach.

Średniej jakości materac i pościel na przygotowanym łóżku jednoosobowym. Cena za wysoka jak dla jednej osoby.
