Thank goodness we could move apartment but had to pay extra to do so

Location to slopes Cosy enough

First property was completely unacceptable for 4 people with ski stuff Tiny, no drying space, no room to move around

good location but staff not friendly and inflexible - wouldn’t return

We arrived late on our first night and although I appreciate it was our fault for not advising beforehand, the staff at the front desk reports they called us but I didn’t receive a call - possibly as we were travelling. it would have been extremely easy to have just emailed us to advise us how to get into our apartment. instead we didn’t get into it until the next morning and almost slept in our car overnight. extremely unsatisfactory situation especially with children so we paid to stay a night in a nearby hotel. Poor shower: there was no attachment to hold up the shower so you had to hold the shower head whilst showering. Rules on cleaning the property at the end were very strict and especially as we weren’t provided with cleaning materials. for a one week stay it’s excessive having to buy cleaning products to clean the apartment. then what was most disappointing was that the reception staff were not willing to inspect the room on our departure so we could be assured of a refund of our deposit.

Rude management

The kitchen was well equipped but there was no oven

We booked 2 apartments for 1 week in February. We did not see the small print about notifying the property if arriving after 8. We arrived at 10.30pm late flights and long transfer etc (2 families, 4 adults and 5 children in -10oC) there was no contact number and clearly no attempt to contact us. We ended up having to eventually checkin to another hotel at 1am as it was too cold to sleep in the car. When we tried to talk to the female manager the next day about what had happened she was so rude and told us it was our own mistake (the fine print on my booking was very small font). Although I can acknowledge it was technically our mistake, they didn't make any proper attempt to contact us when 2 parties of a total of 9 people including 5 children, age 7 to 11, had not arrived. The reception lady told us she had left our rooms open but we hadn't been told the room number so little use that was! If they had emailed or texted us the room number it would have avoided the whole situation. I was so frustrated with the lack of 'hospitality' or customer service with this situation. It was an unfortunate, and avoidable, start to our holiday. The bottom line was they did not care that we almost slept in our car for the night, and sadly didn't care that we had 5 kids with us). The reception manager eventually showed us an emergency contact number for the reception at the end of about 15 numbers including the vet, all listed in French. Also, the pool was dirty. Also the location is not the best, the ski school is right next door but the kids spend most of thier time in queues for the 2 lifts to get to where most of the skiing happens. Mostly I was frustrated that the manager did not care about our experience she even told us we weren't the first to have been locked out for the night! When I tried to find a way to discuss our experience with more senior management the 'complaints procedure' is not easy to find.

The location and the parking was brilliant. It’s not luxurious, but it has everything you need. Warm, clean and powerful shower.

Fijne accommodatie maar prijs/kwaliteit verhouding wel aan de hoge kant

Locatie perfect ski/ski out en het appartement was schoon. We konden er ook eerder in dan 17:00. Broodjes service was fijn. Garage zodat je auto droog stond.

Slecht telefonisch bereikbaar, bedden waren te klein. Wifi verbinding zelfs met 5G dramatisch. Lobby zoals op de foto s is niet altijd open en niet in de avond. Zwembad water veel te koud. Voor parkeren extra betalen.
