Minor maintenance needed . Leaky taps . Washing machine very old and didn’t look like it works

The location is amazing. Full view of Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Water Fountain, Dubai Mall. Close to a lot of attractions. Balcony view, we enjoyed the Dubai Fountain Shows from the balcony. The continental breakfast was good.

1. Small Balcony.
2. They ask for 2000 aed for deposit.
3. Expensive (tax1000 aed).
4. Good as a second choice.
5. Can't extend the check out even 30min.
