The location is amazing. Full view of Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Water Fountain, Dubai Mall. Close to a lot of attractions. Balcony view, we enjoyed the Dubai Fountain Shows from the balcony. The continental breakfast was good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay – perfect location & unforgettable view!
We had an excellent stay from 11.-15. February at Dubai Elite Royal Apartments. The location is truly top-notch, making it incredibly easy to reach everything we wanted—especially Dubai Mall and the surrounding attractions.
The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. What made the experience truly special was the breathtaking view—seeing Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall area and the fountains from the apartment was unforgettable and really elevated the entire stay.
A special thank you to Aldrin, who welcomed us—he was highly professional, extremely helpful, and genuinely polite. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back!

2. They ask for 2000 aed for deposit.
3. Expensive (tax1000 aed).
4. Good as a second choice.
5. Can't extend the check out even 30min.
