Great location, nice presentation, warm and comfortable, systems for booking, entry and leaving generally worked smoothly
Not enough furniture (bedrooms needs a small table and a couple of chairs to put clothes on. Wifi was frustratingly slow. Could have done with more crockery and cutlery - there was precisely one cup, glass and plate of each type for each person.

Location was good for us, and fairly easy to find. The door codes worked perfect. The apartment was fine for the time we were there. We had everything we needed. It was a comfortable place and the communication with host was good.
The walls need to be painted, a lot of scuffs and dirty spots. It really didn't feel very "homey".

The property was cleen and nice
Because the person didn’t explain exactly where we should go after calling and explain that we are somewhere where a family is living , after that we didn’t have a remote for the tv and the lady recommend us to get a remote app which in my opinion is not professional and then we tried to visit a bit the city but as the apartments are not located in a good area we didn’t like and feel safe to walk with the kids , so we was just staying in the apartment ..
