Charming countryhouse near Amsterdam

We loved the house . In a gorgeous pretty village 20 mins by train away from Amsterdam . The village has 2 supermarkets, several restaurants, shops , cafe and library. The house is a 10 minute walk to the village one way snd 15 minute walk to Abcoude train station . Costs about £12 return to Amsterdam. Owner of house is lovely and friendly . Met us at the house and she stays in a little house in the garden which we didn’t find a problem . The house has 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom with wslk in shower , bath , 2 sinks . There’s a downstairs loo . Kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need. Living room is a great size - comfy and nice decor . Garden outside is pretty too .

Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.es standen viele Küchenutensilien und Handtücher bereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants waren fussläufig innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Regionalbahn nach Amsterdam oder Rotterdam konnte innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es gab einen zauberhaften Garten, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da wir mit Hund gereist sind und dort die Katzen gewohnt haben. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf Fleet, Boote und hübsche Häuser.

Den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht so richtig zum laufen gebracht. Es gab nur BBC Grand Tour, war aber nicht schlimm

The house is extremely cozy with many warm lights, beautiful colors and soft beds and cushions. The location is extremely beautiful and offers a calm escape from the boldness of Amsterdam.

The house could’ve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly in some parts, but one must keep in mind that this is someone’s regular home too.
