Perfect for the Circuit

Property was well presented, very new, very clean and we had a very big room with very nice on suite shower, location to Circuit was amazing & parking on site too

Only got a voucher for 1 breakfast (booking was for 3 nights)

Couldn't find it as no name at end of drive, small room, weird glass wall to bathroom, low ceilings

Location is close to the racetrack. Fairly quiet.

Room was far too small for a twin room to stay in with a friend. The frosted glass wall to the bathroom was weird for two guys to be crammed in a small room we couldn't stand up in, and be able to see the other one sat on the toilet or in the shower. This particular room (number 7) needs advertising as couples only really. No mate wants to watch the other one on the toilet.

Disappointing.

We chose this property for the location, which was excellent. Just a short walk to the circuit and good parking.

The instructions didn't make it clear that the property was not at the garage, we tried to access that building and had to ask several people to find out it was 500 yards up the road. There was no air con or fan available and the room had only one small window and it was extremely stuffy and hot. The bathroom had no shelving or storage, we had to leave things on the floor, and when showering the water could not be contained in the shower area and soaked the bathroom floor. The bathroom was more style over function. The eaves of the room were very low, and no warning was given about this when we booked. We are both short but still struggled to use the room comfortably, we had to bend over all the time. The room is not really big enough for 2 adults. There was no room for a chair to sit on, and the door to the room opened right up to the bed. There was no useable outside space either so we couldn't sit anywhere on the property. There was only one breakfast voucher each left in the room for a 3 night stay. We expected others to be left when room was serviced, but there was no room service, so on the second and third mornings we had to persuade the staff at the garage to allow us breakfast.

Clean and new but missing some basics

Clean and new. Beds comfortable

The only seating area was in the dining room, not comfortable for an evening in. The only mirror was in the bathroom, needs mirrors in the bedrooms.

Good place with friendly staff

Not only was the breakfast delicious but the people in the shop were so nice! I did not get my email with the info to get in, but the clerk at the shop was so nice and wrote down the info and took me outside and pointed to where the apt was. So nice!

The WiFi is really not acceptable. For the room rates, I would expect a 90Euro WiFi signal extender on each floor. We had to stand in the main hall to get a signal. Also, the sheets are poor quality and rough. I also expect more for the price.

The main reception was easy to find, the staff had some confusion checking us in but a good experience over all. They do not cater for food intollerances

whole thing was confusing !! nobody there when we went to check in & no breakfast vouchers left in the apartment so felt like a criminal every day asking for breakfast + fridge hadn’t been cleaned out since the last occupant 😤

Appearances are deceiving - this place was impractical and truly awful!

The location for the Spa circuit was very good, the bed was comfortable and once I turned the radiators up, the bedroom and living areas were quite cosy.

Wi-fi was promised for all areas but, in reality, all I got was a single dot in the lounge area that didn't hold and nothing in the rest of the place. There was standing water in the bathroom which, instead of fixing the cause they had simple put a retainer in place to contain it and the air in the bathroom was so damp, the towels were damp before I used them! There was zero sound proofing in the stairway that sounded like someone had broken in above me (the bedrooms were downstairs). The first time someone from the apartments above used the stairs I was very scared (I was on my own) but even after I found out what it was, the disturbance level was unacceptable. I was woken up every night and on the night I had to drive 330+miles the next day, I was woken at 02:26 and again at 05:50 (when I had to be up at 07:00). When I complained, the owners offered my 10% off my next stay with them - which is never going to happen!

Great location, walking distance to the track but really quiet. Good parking and a short walk to the main town with restaurants etc. breakfast from the Gas Station was also good, friendly staff.

Awesome location and newly renovated apartment ! Superb value

Excellent property right next to the La Source entrance to the Spa circuit. A recently converted house which is absolutely modern and lovely. Very spacious apartment with all modern amenities and comforts. Would absolutely stay here again! Very good value for the money as well! Very easy to collect keys at the gas station across the street and managers were very friendly and accommodating with pick up

decent stay for a few days

the staff is very nice and friendly, there is breakfast included the apartment is recently renovated and everything is new, especially the kitchen and the bathroom.

we got a completely different apartment than in the pictures while booking. there is no wifi, we couldn’t even find the network. it can be very loud as it’s on the main street to the race course and many cars and motorcycles practice there. no toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee, etc. they should mention at check-in that you can buy coffee in the store across the street. while it’s been recently renovated it still has this old building smell everywhere, including the sheets and pillows.

We loved it a lot.

The breakfast was brilliant and everyone was very friendly. Location absolutely perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like. However there were just a few things missing such as a lovely coffee machine but no coffee bags. A few capsules of milk/cream in the fridge. Soap would have been very helpful. In other words a simple but nevertheless welcome pack. Next year, we will know what to take!!

Superb

Great modern place. Fully functional modern appartment with kitchen. Nothing missing. The staff are great. This place has been built a couple years ago above a modern gas station. This is practical as it has a shop, baker, and a snack, which cook daily specials. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm. really practical. 100 from source entrance of the racetrack.

Brandnew, modern appartment near Coo

The appartment was very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also very good, it would have been nice if you could also choose ham or cheese instead of jam, but we did not ask, maybe it was possible.

The appartment was quite cold, the staff helped with the heating but still the floors remained quite cold, maybe a carpet in the living room would help.

Very pleasant stay!

Perfect location, 2 minutes from the track's enrty. Warm and helpful staff, descent breakfast, rooms were brand new and very clean. Facilities were perfect (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances), bedsheets smelled amazing.
