Great communication from Ivan, with very clear instructions about navigating through the streets to find the apartment. Ivan met us on arrival to guide us into the car park and take us up to the apartment.
The apartment is fabulous - very spacious, well-equipped and in a perfect location near the edge of the old town. It's very easy to walk to all the main attractions. Ivan also sent us a very comprehensive list of suggestions for restaurants etc.
Highly recommended.
The shower was a little finicky. The water temperature tended to be constantly adjusted, probably a consequence of the small instantaneous gas water heaters that many of the apartments in Spain seem to have. This one was especially temperamental, although manageable.

The location is the best aspect of this property.
The comfort level of the apartment is bare-minimum. It wasn't as clean and intact as I would have liked. I stepped on a shard of broken glass that was embedded in the kitchen mat, for example.
