Ikies of Mykonos

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The villa and the hotel are beautiful, luxurious, and very well maintained. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. The service was exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely stunning place! It is even more beautiful than in the photos. The apartment is huge, and the natural rock formations inside the room take the whole experience to another level. The private pool with its beautiful view is simply amazing. The ladies at reception provided an exceptional level of service and were always there whenever we needed anything. Room cleaning is available on request, which makes privacy a real priority. There are honestly no words to describe how incredible this place is. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it 200%! ❤️

Love this place! Been twice now. One of the self catering rooms first time and then smaller room with pool the second. Staff great, location down the road from airport but not on the flight path, parking, gym and decent rooms. Perfect!! Hard to think what f a negative

The room was spacious

This is the first time that I need to leave negative feedback for a hotel. I have travelled extensively over the past 22 years. During this trip I travelled to Santorini, Milos, Naxos and Mykonos. Here is my feedback: - the room had hardly a sea view, keep your expectations low. The booking summary mentioned a sea view. All the other hotels had wonderful sea views apart from Ikies. - Then I received a message stating that I wet the pillow and I should refrain from doing so for hygiene purposes. I have never received such message from any hotel before. It was a warm evening and I sweated into the pillow. Surely this is not the first time this happens. Why not use a pillow protector? - Upon check out, I complained about this matter to the manager/receptionist. On two occasions, she dismissed my complaint stating that it was a translation error. This cannot be accurate, the matter had nothing to do with a language barrier. As a high end establishment, surely customer service should be a priority instead dismissing a complaint.
