L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano dell'edificio e la prima cosa che colpisce è la vista mozzafiato sul mare con l'ampia terrazza adatta a pasti all'aperto o relax. Camere luminose spaziose e pulite, dotazioni adeguate. Posizione comoda e centrale per chi soggiorna a Gioiosa Marea
Unica pecca, andrebbe assolutamente eseguita una manutenzione alle unità esterne dei condizionatori: la camera da letto che affaccia sulla terrazza ha un ronzio costante e fastidioso quando questi sono in funzione. Per persone dal sonno leggero può costituire un problema

Una casa meravigliosa, una terrazza con vista stupenda sulle eolie, una cucina super attrezzata, camere spaziose con letti comodissimi. Pace e tranquillità
L unica cosa che manca è l ascensore, volendo essere pignoli, ma quando entri in casa e vedi il terrazzo con vista ti dimentichi delle scale che hai fatto!!
