Terrible Service – Left Stranded Overnight

I arrived late in the evening, having informed the hotel in advance of my arrival time, which they confirmed. However, when I arrived, there was no one at reception, no answer on the phone number provided for out-of-hours assistance, and no room key left for me. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep in my car that night. The following day, I sent a message to the hotel requesting a refund but received no response. When I later spoke to a staff member in person, they refused to issue a refund and showed no concern, apology, or willingness to help. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Perfect location for the track.

Perfect location for the track….. 2 minutes up the hill. Welcomed on arrival from the owner Steffan, who even showed me to my room…. Very gracious indeed :) Nice restaurant on the lower level where the food was great.

Ideal for those wanting to be close to the Ring.

Absolutely ideal location for those attending the Nurburgring. Great location, rooms grand for what you want from a hotel for motorsport fan, only little downside was the pillow, only one and was very small. But otherwise great place to stay and will stay again.

Brilliant place to stay for visits to the Nurburgring.

Absolutely brilliant location, if like me you are visiting the Nurburgring. Its just a short walk to the Ring werk and the various shops and museum. The room was a good size. Breakfast was the usual continental affair.

Decent value accommodation option for any petrolhead doing The Ring.

Second time staying here on trip to Nurburgring circuit. Very handy location, clean and comfortable. Restaurant does some great pizzas. Appropriate artwork in room.

Had slight issue getting any cold water in room but that was about it.

Best Bang for the Buck in town.

I was surprised to find the room had "A/C" which kept it much cooler than the rest of the apartment. My wife and I were very pleased for the short stay we had there. The breakfast was pleasant. I myself am 6'4 tall, so the only negative was having to hunch only slightly in the shower. I don't fault the venue for that, as being taller than average is on me.

If you have a lot of luggage, be mindful that you have to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. It didn't matter to me, but I wanted to let others know in case that would be an issue.

Stefhan is the man! Never been looked after better, I had a few issues with a car while staying out there and he did everything he could to help- great guy.

Everything- great location- great staff - I had some car troubles- but these place was so chilled - def going bk here.(with a more reliable car)

My go to in the Nurburg area, great value.

Clean, comfy, friendly, decent breakfast, hard to beat location.

Parking can be a bit limited but 9 times out of 10 you get a space on the tarmac car park.

Loved the location and the decor of Motorsport. Also loved the fact of the late check in and the help Stephen the owner gave in me having a very late check in. Location it's literally down the road from the Ring.

Excellent staff, excellent food in a very nice area.

staff were excellent. A nice size room with a good size bathroom and shower. Good memorabilia around the hotel showing previous years of racing.

Rooms were very hot and needed air conditioning. The rooms have wooden floors and you can hear the walking around while the breakfast was being set out. Also, after the bar was shut you could still hear the talking outside.
