Rien, tout est parfait. Nous avions lu dans les commentaires que l'endroit était bruyant. Effectivement, le soir, il y a un peu de bruit mais il est difficile de vouloir être en plein centre et espérer aucun bruit dans une grande ville comme Milan ! Cela ne nous a en tous les cas pas empêché de dormir ! Si nous retournons à Milan, c'est certain qu'on relouera à cet endroit.

The location is amazing, right next to the Duomo, which made everything really easy to get around and explore. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and easy to access thanks to clear self-check-in instructions. The agent we met in person was very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. They also allowed us to check out an hour later, which was very helpful. We also appreciated the recommendations they shared (luggage storage, things to do and see, nearby shops, and restaurant suggestions), which made our stay easier. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and the apartment matched the listing.

The check-in process could have been clearer. We had agreed on an in-person check-in (with a late check-in fee), but instead received self-check-in instructions in advance. While our arrival was slightly delayed and we were in touch around that time, we ended up doing a self-check-in but were still charged a late check-in fee, which felt slightly unnecessary. The next day, we were asked to come back to the apartment within a specific time window for a “proper check-in,” which was a bit inconvenient and meant interrupting our plans, especially since it mainly involved collecting the city tax and the late check-in fee. It would probably be easier if additional fees could be handled online or included in the booking price, just to make the process smoother. A few smaller details could be improved—for example, more towels for a longer stay (we had one large and one small towel per person for five nights), and making sure toiletries like bar soap are new for each guest. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and felt a bit small for two adults, especially if you like having more space while sleeping. There was also some street noise late at night and early in the morning, which is somewhat expected given the central location. The building’s common areas had a strong smell of food, although it wasn’t present inside the apartment. None of this impacted our overall stay, just a few things that could be improved. We’d happily consider staying here again.
