琉浪潛水背包客棧 Drift Diving Hostel

Chris and Ocean are incredible hosts who always made me feel part of their family. They always picked me up and dropped me off from the harbour as I don't ride a scooter whenever I came and left the island by boat or on the daily boat dives. I really appreciate how I was included for dinners too. Ah Ken who was the volunteer helper then was a great cook and also kindly took me on a short island tour. The cats are super cute and lovely. The hostel is comfortable and cleaned daily, and the shared bathroom is always clean too. The location might be further from the main pier but it's in a very good spot on the island next to Houshi beach where you can snorkle, kayak, do SUP or shore dives. I even walked back when I did the island trekking to the spots on the western side. The island bus stop is also just a few minutes walk from the hostel so you can take that too. Communicating with them was super clear and easy too, I mainly used Facebook messenger but they're also on Instagram, Line and Whatsapp.
