Świetna lokalizacja, duży pokój z balkonem, wygodne łóżka, czysta łazienka, szafa; we wspólnej kuchni jest ekspres do kawy. Na dolnym piętrze zawsze wolne pomieszczenie ze stołem do ping-ponga i bilarda a na zewnątrz jacuzzi.
Przez to, że kuchnia jest na korytarzu, korzystanie z niej po godzinie 22 jest odradzane ze względu na ciszę nocną. W pokoju nie ma kosza, jest tylko mały w łazience, a na korytarzu jest segregacja dzieląca śmieci tylko na plastik i szkło, brakuje papieru i bio.

Obiekt usytuowany blisko centrum,pokój bardzo czysty,w pokoju ,do dyspozycji kuchenka,zestaw naczyń,garnków,czajnik elektryczny,expres do kawy,kawa i herbata.Gospodarze zarówno pan jak i pani bardzo mili ,służą pomocą i informacjami gdzie i jak najlepiej się dostać i co zwiedzić,kontakt z gospodarzami również oceniam wysoko.Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce na wypoczynek😊,mieszkaliśmy tam od 31 lipca do 2 sierpnia,pozdrawiamy gospodarzy obiekt😊,ocena 10 na 10.
